Public Administration The Public Administration PhD programme focuses on issues related to public policy and administration and aims at understanding the development and implication of composite administrative systems at different levels of government. The focus is two-folded. First a focus on the multiple governance dynamics embedded in singular administrative systems, such as the European commission, and regional and local government.
