Welcome Statement Page two.1, 2024, the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC) Department Starting January of Disability and Human Development (DHD) will have new leadership with Professor Carrie WelcomeSandahl Statement. serving as the Interim Head and Professor Sarah Parker Harris as the Associate Head. I have had the pleasure of serving as the head for 23 years and am proud of the growth and quality of the department’s academic, research, and1, service programs.
