Next Steps 1. Set up your VandalWeb and VandalMail accounts online. 2. Look on VandalMail and VandalWeb for your financial aid package notification. 3. Instruct any agencies that awarded you external scholarships to submit funds to the Financial Aid Office. 4. Look for your billing statement in early January. 5. Pay fees before the first day of classes (January 14).

On-campus living ensures your success When you live on campus, you are at the center of student life. On-campus living at Idaho is convenient and fun. You will meet new friends, develop as an individual, and be conveniently located near all campus resources. On-campus living is cost-effective, and the experience of a lifetime! What’s more, on-campus living is linked to academic success. Students who live on campus are more likely to have higher GPAs, feel more satisfied and graduate faster.

First-Year Students:

On-Campus Living Requirement On-campus living is a crucial part of your educational experience at the University of Idaho. New students are required to live on campus during their first year unless they meet certain exemption requirements. New students may choose from among 26 fraternity or sorority houses and from residence hall complexes that have 28 themed halls. Options include centrally located Wallace Residence Center, first-year only Theophilus Tower, academically and socially themed Living Learning Communities, and upper-level only McConnell. You may request an exemption from this requirement through the Office of the Dean of Students.
