Cancellations and Substitutions Please submit cancellation and requests for refunds via email by May 14, 2014. Refunds received by this date will be processed less a $150 administrative fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations after May 14, 2014. Substitutions will be processed for no additional fee and will be accepted up to the start of the program.
