Health & Productivity FY17 Annual Report (July 1, 2016–June 30, 2017) Partnerships are vital for optimal performance and well-being, both organizationally and individually. The Health & Productivity units of University Human Resources—UI Employee Assistance Program, UI Wellness (liveWELL), and Family Services—provide quality programs in concert with other entities to enhance the overall health and well-being of our campus community. Our units create value by providing innovative, accessible and “best in class” services to all University of Iowa faculty and staff. Outcomes range from improved health to increased satisfaction with working at the University of Iowa, to improved performance at work.

The University of Iowa Employee Assistance Program has served as an excellent resource for so many of my patients who are UI employees. It is my starting place for every patient who could benefit from counseling. I have found EAP to be immediately accessible to employees and their families and every single patient I send has been happy with the experience. – Kelly S.
