Red Dress Health Fair and Fashion Show Photography Donation Contest Submission Guidelines Open to UIW faculty, staff, and students Must be an original photograph Photograph must represent the color red and something related to the heart, heart health, or the American Heart Association’s Go Red Campaign (https://www.goredforwomen.org)

Photograph should be printed on a 12x14 or 14x14 canvas Printing available at many retailers – usually takes 5-7 business days for printing Cost cannot exceed $35 Include a hanging tag or tab on the back of the canvas print for hanging Sign the artwork A letter of donation for tax purposes will be provided to artists Submit canvas prints to Dr. Michael Moon Nursing Building by February 27, 2017 at 12 pm

Voting will occur during the Red Dress Health Fair and Fashion Show on February 28, 2017 A prize will be awarded to the winner · The artwork will be available for purchase by the public Proceeds will be used for future Red Dress Day activities · Please contact Michael D.
