We will be taking a Campus Wide picture of our students who wear blue and submitting to AutismSpeaks.org! Meet us at 1 p.m. in the Circle for a group picture!

Vegas-style games comes to UIW on Friday, May 11th from 7pm-11pm as UIW Athletics hosts their annual Vegas Fundraiser. Fun event with other UIW Alumni, friends, families and supporters. Event will take place at UIW Rosenberg Sky Room. Tickets are $50 and include all food, beverage and gaming! Each ticket is entered into a drawing for great prizes. Tickets are limited and the event sells out every year so don’t delay!

The 16th annual Cesar Chavez March for Justice will be held on Saturday, March 31, 2012.

All students/faculty/administrators interested in participating please register via OrgSync.

Join the city of San Antonio as we march from the Westside through Cesar E. Chavez Blvd, to the Alamo!

March begins at 10:00am. UIW shuttle pick up @ 8:15am (Admin building) and departs at 8:45am Campus Life will provide transportation to and from the March for UIW students that register. A t-shirt will also be provided to all. Sign up now!!!

Students are invited to submit a photograph which “captures the essence of conservation for Earth Day.” Deadline for submission is April 9, 2012. Hard Copy Submissions must be turned in to Roland Sul at the Fine Arts Office, FA 100 (829-3855). Also if available send JPEG format copies to metz@uiwtx.edu The winning photograph will be announced at 12:00 p.m. at the Earth Day event in the circle in front of Marian Hall and will be displayed in the Mabee Library.
