Welcome to The Bridge Christmas pack. Please find to follow our Christmas menu, canapÊ menu, buffet menu and suggested wine list. Our Christmas menu will be launched on Monday 22nd November and will be available throughout the festive season for all lunch, afternoon and evening reservations until the 24th December. We are offering exclusive booking incentives for Christmas 2010 For parties of six or more people, we ask that you dine from the Christmas menu and require you and your guests to indicate your choice of starters, mains and puddings on the attached 'Christmas PreOrder Form'. Please note that your booking will only be secured once we have received a completed and signed booking form, your deposit has been paid and you have received a confirmation letter from us. If you are interested in booking your Christmas party with us and haven’t yet made a provisional booking, we strongly advise you to contact us as possible to avoid disappointment. CHRISTMAS BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS Whilst we do not wish to bombard you with small print, there are a couple of things that you need to be aware of to make your Christmas booking. Please ensure that your party are aware of the following terms and conditions – these guidelines help us to provide the high standards of service that you and your guests have come to expect. Please note the conditions below and take a minute to fill in the form below and fax it back to us on 020 8741 6085. Alternatively, please scan and email back to thebridge@elitepub.co.uk or post back to The Bridge, 204 Castelnau, Barnes, SW13 9DW. We very much appreciate your consideration and patience in this matter. * Groups of 6 plus must dine from the Christmas Menu. *In order to confirm your booking, we require a non-refundable deposit of £5 per head. We cannot accept responsibility for any enquiry that is not confirmed. *A letter of confirmation will be issued to you once we receive your deposit. *Cancellation charges apply. In the event of partial cancellation of your group, deposit refunds will only be credited against your final bill if notice is received at least 72 hours in advance. *It may be necessary to seat large parties on more than one tables.*Guests are required to pre-order from the Christmas menu at least 7 days prior to the date of your reservation. *A discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to your final bill. *Each reservation has a time allowance of two hours. Guests must therefore be seated within 15 minutes of your reservation time. Parties arriving late run the risk of losing their table and deposit. *All bills are fully itemised. Two separate bills for food and drink may be requested, but we are not able to process individual bills. *Bill payment must be settled within the allocated table time. Guests will be required to vacate their table no later than two hours from the time of the booking. This may necessitate management to present the bill for settlement in order that there is adequate time for bill to be paid. *Company cheques can only be accepted if presented 7 days in advance of your reservation date. *Management accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property whilst on the premises. *A smart casual dress code is encouraged. *There are no cloakroom facilities. *Occasionally, certain dishes and wines become unavailable at short notice due to difficulties of supply. In this event you be contacted immediately to propose an alternative. *Management reserve the right to substitute any reservation incentive promotions without notice. *Management always reserve the right to refuse admission.
