Christmas Day 2011 Thank you for enquiring about celebrating Christmas Day with us Some points to remember when organising your party: • The Christmas Day Menu is charged at £90.00 per person and we ask our guests to pay a deposit of £45 per person or £20 for a child to secure your booking. Please complete the enclosed booking form & return it to us. • A children’s menu will be available for £45 per child (children aged 5 – 12 years old). Under 5’s eat for free and 12 yrs & over will be charged at full price. Face painting will be available for the little ones (or big ones if they want!) & games set up in the lounge area. • Please inform us in advance of any special dietary requirements, e.g. vegetarian, so that this can be pre-arranged. • You will need to consider all beverages. • An optional service charge of 12.5% will be added to all parties. This goes directly to our staff. • We do ask that you vacate the premises by 5pm so that we can celebrate Christmas Day too!
