Tidal Transit owns and operates purpose build crew transfer vessels for the offshore wind sector.

Tidal has brought innovative solutions to the industry to increase the accessibility and time on turbine for engineers, to increase the yield of the turbines. The company is passionate about improving efficiency and decarbonising the offshore logistics for the sector.

Along with MJR Power & Automotion, Artemis Technologies and Blackfish Engineering, the group have invented the offshore charger to allow electric vessels to moor and charge at wind turbines.

Headquartered from North Norfolk, the company has 6 vessels operating aroundthe UK.

Utilisation rates of the vessels from new has exceeded 80% and providing an uptime availability to clients in excess of 98%.

Tidal Transit operates in France via its joint venture with Louis Dreyfus Armateurs ‘LD Tide’. LD Tide has 3 CTVs working on the St Nazaire windfarm for GE and EDF.
