THE SUBJECT OF CREATIVE LEADERSHIP Being creative is about being responsive in your environment, opening up and expanding new horizons and the leader’s role is, as a decision maker, to act on these new possibilities and move forward. Creative Leadership is a necessity for survival due to faster competitive cycles, financial uncertainty, ecological impact and the loss of diversity or social problems faced by all organisations and communities. The programme is context specific and requires self-awareness in your approach to power and responsibility and we see leadership as the responsibility of every citizen and employee. You and your organisational context are the case studies on this Masters programme, the learning is deep and applied and the outcomes are real. The 21st century is shifting paradigms from our identity, the hierarchies we live and work in, to the ways in which we communicate. Change is inevitable and occurring at an ever faster pace. As the creative leader you are the driver, negotiator and opportunist in this process.
