It is helpful to hear wellrounded reviews of all NAA-sponsored events so that we can improve your experience for Hawkcoming 2024.
TEONNA WALLOP PRESIDENT THE HAWK FLYER
I want to take a moment to acknowledge our Board of Directors, committee members, local alumni chapter executive boards and those that serve on committees within their chapters. Without volunteers, we would not have a sustainable nonprofit. It takes an immense amount of love for our alma mater to pour into this organization at the same level that you excel in your professional lives. For that, I say THANK YOU. Let’s continue to pour into this association as well as our alma mater and make this year better than the last!

Over the past three and half years as the Director of Alumni Relations and Special Events, I have been fortunate to work with an incredible team that has made it all possible. But today, I want to take a moment to acknowledge the unsung heroes of our office - our dedicated Alumni Assistants. Together, we have strengthened our efforts to connect, engage, and celebrate the achievements of our alumni community. You are the heartbeat of our office, and I am grateful for each and every one of you. I must also acknowledge the mentors who have guided me along the way. Dr. Carl Bryant and Dr. Allen Singleton, your sage advice has been pivotal to my personal and professional growth. Your guidance has helped me navigate through the challenges and triumphs of this role.
