Adventure Help participants grasp the significant relationship archaeology has in all aspects of their lives. Students will expand their knowledge of the history, skills, methods and career paths related to the field of archaeology.

COOKING/CUISINE: IT IS MORE THAN JUST DINNER!

Students will take a culinary class where they will learn the basics and the advanced aspects of cooking! Students will explore the culinary arts and delve into careers in the food industry.

Experiences Travel to Silverhill, AL to learn under the expertise of Chef Dede Trotter. Attend cooking demonstrations. Learn the difference between quality and quantity food cooking. Enjoy the tastes of our area while learning the ins and outs of the food industry.

The Course METEOROLOGY AND ASTRONOMY

Two-part study of both meteorology and astronomy. Part one will focus on the study of the atmosphere, including weather processes and forecasting. Part two will focus on the branch of science which deals with celestial objects, space, and the physical universe as a whole.
