The FAFSA is available on October 1 preceding the start of the academic year. Be sure to file your FAFSA as early as possible for priority consideration for all scholarships and grants. Once the Office of Financial Aid receives your FAFSA, they will communicate with you via your UMSL email account. Be sure to activate it as soon as possible.
