There is a slight chill in the air as we transition to fall with winter not far behind. This transition reminds me that our world is in a constant cycle of renewal and regeneration. Our campus and our organization are also in a constant cycle of change and growth. In busyness of that change and growth, it is easy to get caught up in our day to day tasks and priorities. However, we would all be wise to devote time to nurturing the relationships we have with our fellow employees, our customers and our families. It really is "all about the relationships."
