This study examines and compares development communication approaches of China, Brazil, India, the Netherlands, South Africa, South Korea, Turkey, and the UK. It looks at how these countries, both South- South cooperation (SSC) providers and traditional development partners, communicate their international development cooperation to their domestic audiences, and examines the context and rationale for the various approaches. It finds that while communication strategies of traditional development partners have been relatively well-developed, SSC providers’ efforts have not been evident
