Anup K. Pujari, is a civil servant from Indian Administrative Service (IAS) currently serving as Secretary, Ministry of Mines. Prior to this, Dr. Pujari has served for over 30 years in the Central Government and State Government of Karnataka in several Ministries/ Departments including in Ministries of Commerce, Finance, Science and Technology, Communications and IT. Earlier, he had served in the Election Commission of India and was also Managing Director of Mysore Sugar Co Ltd and Karnataka Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd."

ANUP K. PUJARI

Till August 2014, Dr. Prajapati Trivedi was Secretary to the Government of India with the responsibility for Performance Management in Government of India. He was involved in the design and implementation of the Performance Monitoring and Evaluation System (PMES) and several other administrative reform initiatives including implementation of a system of Results-Framework Documents (RFDs), Citizens’/ Clients’ Charter and Grievance Redress Mechanism, among others. Prior to joining the Government of India, Dr. Trivedi worked as a Senior Economist for the World Bank in Washington, DC (from 1995-2009) and STC Chair Professor of Public Enterprise Management at IIM Calcutta (1987-1994). ANURAG GOEL

CHITRA CHOPRA

Anurag Goel is a retired career civil servant from the Indian Administrative Service (IAS). In a period spanning over four decades, he has served in a wide range of sectors such as corporate affairs, defense, home affairs, civil aviation, health, and finance. Mr. Goel is credited with the globally unique governance initiative of saving an IT company 'Satyam' after a $1.50 billion fraud. He also set up and operationalizing the hugely successful and widely appreciated MCA-21 e-governance system for corporate compliance. He has received a number of awards including the prestigious Prime Minister’s Award for Excellence in Public Administration. He is one of the principal architects of competition law and regulation in India, and played a key role in establishing the Competition Commission of India.

Chitra Chopra is a retired civil servant from Indian Administrative Service (IAS). She has worked in various capacities across several sectors and has held eminent positions in the policy formulation and implementation spheres of Government of India and State Governments. In a career spanning over four decades, she has extensively worked in the field of Urban Employment and Poverty Alleviation, social security, labor and personnel administration, revenue, excise and customs, women development, tribal development, among others. Post retirement, she has held eminent positions in Central Administrative Tribunal, and National Commission for Backward Classes, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment.
