VOLUNTEERING

The Youth CPI Survey findings show that on average about half of youth across all cities have never participated in any voluntary activities. Among those who have participated, majority of them reported that they participated only once or twice in a year males (15.5%) ,and females (13.9%) . This might also have an impact on the rate of job mobility. In fact, 60% of males respondents were still employed in their first job since graduation, while only 40% of employed youth have changed jobs since graduation at the time of the survey. Similarly in females participants, where 52% of them have never changed their job since graduation, and 47% of the respondents were changed their job once or twice.
