At the time of going to press, parts of the development are still under construction so some of our locations will be confirmed by email nearer the time. We look forward to welcoming you as one of the first to enjoy this new part of the City as part of Open Cambridge. Eddington is the centre of the newly opened North West Cambridge Development and is located two miles from central Cambridge. The development is between Madingley Road, Huntingdon Road and the M11. We hope that you will take time to discover us via sustainable modes of transport. We are a ten minute cycle ride from the City Centre. Extensive cycle parking is available around the development site.

Cyclists and pedestrians can access Eddington Avenue via the Ridgeway, a cycle and pedestrian route only from Storey’s Way and Horsechestnut Avenue, and Huntingdon Road and Madingley Road. Eddington is also on the Universal Bus route and for Open Eddington, Whippet will be offering the service for free to all passengers. For more information about the service and its stops visit go-whippet.co.uk. No parking is available on site. If you do need to drive, parking is conveniently located at the Madingley Road Park & Ride with the Eddington local centre a short walk away. Use the footpath on the north east side of the car park for a shorter route. A downloadable map will be available to help journey planning from nwcambridge.co.uk.
