Leadership and Vision
MSE security preparation, planning and delivery is a balancing act for the leadership. The complexity of the event and the number of stakeholders involved accentuates the need for effective leadership. A single leader or a very small team should be accountable to decide, plan and prepare, while different teams deliver on security, to maximize the effectiveness of the multitude of security agencies involved.
