CMI Level 5 Award in Management Coaching and Mentoring (QCF) Develop your skills in coaching and mentoring This course is based around CMI ‘Introduction to Management Coaching and Mentoring unit 5014V1’, which is designed to develop your skills in management coaching and mentoring in a business setting. Agile Project Management™ - Agile PM® Learn a holistic approach to the management of projects. PRINCE2® Project Management Pass this internationally recognised qualification with us PRINCE2® is an internationally recognised project management methodology and qualification. It is regarded as ‘the world’s most practiced project management methodology’. This course, accredited by APMG International, gives you the ability to apply process-based approaches to manage your work on projects effectively. We run both the three-day Foundation and five-day Practitioner courses. The Foundation course covers all aspects of the PRINCE2® methodology. The Practitioner level includes additional elements such as planning and risk assessments. Our Campuses The Luton campus

is located right in the centre of town and is within easy walking distance of train and bus stations, and a short car journey from London Luton Airport. A modern and welcoming space for your event, the £34m Campus Centre houses a 240-seat lecture theatre, a range of rooms, exhibition and flexible spaces. Our £20m Postgraduate and Continuing Professional Development Centre opened in 2013 and is ideal for training and away days. This exciting new facility includes state-of-the-art IT and AV equipment, informal quiet learning spaces, two Harvard-style lecture theatres, as well as a student lounge and cafe.

The Bedford campus is continuing to undergo redevelopment, which includes

the completion of an £8m Physical Education and Sport Science Centre, which was used as an athlete training centre for the 2012 Olympics and a £6m Bedford Campus Centre, boasting a 280-seat theatre, dance studios, a fair trade restaurant and social space.
