FACILITIES & INVESTMENTS

WELCOME Here at the University of Bedfordshire, we have big ambitions for current and future generations of students. We are committed to improving the student experience because we want to ensure that you graduate as a professional. This means equipping our University with top-of-the-range facilities, to provide you with the environments you need to make the most out of your studies. This booklet is a concise guide to the investments made over the years at the University of Bedfordshire, including our campuses, specialised buildings, and faculty facilities.

Did you know? As well as the millions of pounds worth of investments made in recent years, we also have a number of future projects and improvements planned. One of them is the 40 million pounds STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) building, due for completion in 2018. The four-storey building will include teaching and laboratory space which will allow the University to offer a wide range of new science courses, including Pharmacy, Nutrition, Physics, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Geology, and Mechanical Engineering. It will also include a new Science and Engineering Outreach Centre which will promote the value of science and engineering to local schools and the wider Bedfordshire community.
