Jabulile has worked for several years supporting the work of the Student Success Team in reducing the BAME awarding gap at Hertfordshire Business School. After undertaking the role of Peer Learning Assistant in 2020, he then studied abroad in the US and is currently creating a video to inspire Black, Asian and minority ethnic HBS students to follow his footsteps. Working now as a BAME Student Advocate and Student Engagement Champion, Jabulile is an inspiration to students, an asset to the Student Success Team and will have great future success.

Razvan has gone above and beyond in his role as Student Engagement Champion (SEC) to ensure that new HBS students are settling in, receiving the support they require, and feeling a sense of belonging as they begin their first year. Razvan has also assisted the team with training new Student Engagement Champions which includes calling a cohort of Level 4 students weekly to offer peer mentoring throughout Semester B at the University.
