At UH, each year we encourage students to enter the prestigious Universities Business Challenge (UBC) Competition. This allows participating students to develop and showcase their leadership, analytical and problemsolving skills by working with peers to make strategic business decisions in a simulated workplace experience.

We were delighted to have two teams enter the final in Liverpool this year and achieve a Top 10 placing in the UK, especially considering the high number of teams that started; 170 teams at undergradaute and 120 at postgraduate. Our postgraduate team were also awarded the prize for best presentation in the final. This has not only made these participating students more employable but also inspired their enterprising spirit.
