The district Board of Directors unanimously approved an adjusted version ofthefiscalyear2016 budget late Tuesday that included a $303,484 shortfall on the waterside ofdistrictoperations. The 5-0 vote included approval of the analysis and directingstaffto start a statemandated process required of all public agencies that try to raise rates.
