The children placed both hands in icy water, however, one hand was placed in a glove surrounded by Crisco simulating the blubber on the animals. Kindergartenders enjoy Hat Day at JMA Students in kindergarten at JMA enjoyed celebrating Hat Day. Kindergartners read Jan Brett’s story ‘The Hat,’ made graphs, wrote stories and had a hat parade to show off their hats. Pictured are Trey Flournoy and Spencer Galloway.
Baldwin High School holds Haunted Nature Trail for Relay
On October 31, 2013 Baldwin High School hosted the Haunted Nature Trail. The haunted nature trail was basically held to help raise money for Relay for Life. Also, there were volunteers selling refreshments to raise money for Relay for Life too. During this event we had students to dress up as zombies, as well as, some of the faculty/staff dressed up in different costumes. Various clubs participating in this event were: FCCLA, HOSA, DECA, SkillsUSA , CTI, FBLA and FFA. Congratulations to all 40 students who participated in the BHS Science Fair. There were 22 projects in two separate categories.
