COPPER Journey

As I walked along the beach,

splashing my feet in the sea,

I felt salt water cleansing;

my body meridians were stimulated,

as the sand massaged my feet.

On my journey of copper reflections,

I felt invigorated and relaxed,

as the shoreline boldly displayed,

rocks of dynamic copper colours.

One copper-coloured rock stood out,

one side sufficiently eroded to reveal,

a copper coloured pebble nestled in the sand,

symbolic of a babe in a mother’s womb;

the ability to conduct spiritual energy.

Mother Earth has grounded my being,

to embrace opportunity with love,

and the versatility to change.
