Tasha’s passion is thinking outside the box by infusing art, poetry, creative writing, mindful movement and dance into her Holistic Counsellor practice to create emotional, physical and spiritual catharsis and healing experiences.

Living and working in Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and Costa Rica has expanded her knowledge of working in different communities and has allowed her to work holistically.
