AEIS participants are enrolled in regular UO classes while they take one or two AEIS classes per term.

To receive the ICSP Tuition Scholarship, apply for admission and submit the scholarship application by January 15. All application materials must be received by February 15. The ICSP Nascence Scholarship is awarded automatically to a selected student from China or Hong Kong who also is the recipient of an ICSP Tuition Scholarship.
