FINANCIAL AID

$1.7 MILLION, EVERY YEAR That’s the amount of institutional, foundation, and private funds the UO awards to undergraduate international students each year.

For scholarships and work-study, you must apply for admission by January 15. Admission application materials, including test scores, must be received by February 15.

AUTOMATIC CONSIDERATION UO EXCELLENCE SCHOLARSHIP*

$15,000 per year Awarded to incoming freshman with a 3.90 GPA or higher on a 4.00 scale and a qualifying test score (1450 SAT or 33 ACT).

$10,000 per year SUMMIT SCHOLARSHIP*

Awarded to incoming freshman with a 3.80 GPA or higher on a 4.00 scale and a qualifying test score (1250 SAT or 26 ACT). The GPA requirement is waived for holders of an official IB diploma.

$7,500 per year APEX SCHOLARSHIP*

SHEPHARD FAMILY SCHOLARSHIP FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

Awarded to incoming freshman with a 3.60 GPA or higher on a 4.00 scale and a qualifying test score (1220 SAT or 25 ACT). The GPA requirement is waived for holders of an official IB diploma.

Award amount varies Awarded to international students living outside the US who are admitted to the Clark Honors College.

APPLICATION-BASED GLOBAL CORNERS SCHOLARSHIP

INTERNATIONAL CULTURAL SERVICE PROGRAM (ICSP) INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIPS

$4,500–$20,000 per year | Application due: March 1 Awarded based on demonstrated financial need and a unique potential to maintain a globally diverse student population.

$9,000–$33,000 | Application due: February 1 Awarded based on financial need, academic merit, and the ability to make presentations to diverse groups of people.

$1,000–$10,000 | Application due: February 1 Office of International Affairs scholarships have varying eligibility requirements.
