What's Next
Now that your journey within the programme has been completed, I am sure you are wondering what happens now.
This leaflet is designed to act as a reference for you on how you can continue being active, finding enjoyment in exercise, and continuing to build and develop the skills and tools required to improve and maintain your wellbeing from now and into the future.
Options
Outside of the programme, there are many options for how you can continue to be active, whether it be with us and the university of Bristol, or elsewhere.
It is important you do what you enjoy, so do not feel any pressure to force yourself to do something that does not sound appealing.
Exercise and physical activity is a unique concept. It does not matter what you do, as long as you do something.
Anything and everything helps! You just have to find what suits you best.
