How to stay active

Outside of the programme, there are many options for how you can continue to be active, whether it be with us and the university of Bristol, or elsewhere.

It is important you do what you enjoy, so do not feel any pressure to force yourself to do something that does not sound appealing.

Exercise and physical activity is a unique concept. It does not matter what you do, as long as you do something.

Anything and everything helps! You just have to find what suits you best.
