2014-15 Rates

Apartments at NorthView are open to students of all years and include an annual agreement. NorthView is located just north of the Bright House Networks Stadium. NorthView offers the safety and security of UCF Housing with the upscale amenities and designer features of luxury apartments. The community includes a resort-style pool, sky deck, recreation room with two pool tables, sauna, sand volleyball court and more.
