INSURANCE & FEES: The Office of Patient Financial Services is available to ensure you are aware of the cost and fees of service. Our clinic accepts most dental insurance plans, including Healthy Kids Dental Please note: We do not participate in HMO dental insurance plans. If you have a HMO plan, you must confirm with the insurance company that you are covered if you receive treatment from an out-ofnetwork provider

WHAT TO EXPECT: At each visit, we will examine your child’s mouth, observe oral and facial development, and look for signs of potential problems should there be any. We will inform you about your child’s tooth development, causes and prevention of oral diseases and appropriate diet and home dental care. We will answer questions you may have on a variety of topics such as diet, teething, thumb sucking, pacifiers, fluoride and more.

You must present complete information about your dental insurance plan at your initial visit and notify Patient Financial Services of any change or loss of coverage You will be responsible for any portion of the fee your dental insurance does not pay

Our clinic treats children ages one through15; it is our priority to ensure both the child and caregiver feel comfortable during the dental visit. Children as young as one-year-old are seen for an infant examination and parents are provided with preventive instruction.
