Refreshments: Throughout the day you’ll be able to enjoy refreshments in the foyer. Food and drink will also be available to purchase from Starbucks.
Free Shuttle Bus: We offer a free shuttle bus service between all three of our campuses. The schedule can be found at the registration desks.
Finding Your Way
University Square Stratford is one of London's most modern and well-equipped campuses. It is home to our institute of Performing Arts and we teach business, law and criminology here too. Our Legal Advice Centre gives students the opportunity to give back to the community by offering free advice to those unable to pay for it.

Between 12.30 – 2.30pm you'll be able to speak to our academics teaching your courses, take a campus tour, speak to our student support services and take a tour of The Source and explore the additional facilities you'll benefit from. You should have already received your audition date but if you haven't you'll be able to speak to our Admissions Team in room US.G.19/20 on the ground floor.

Discover what questions your young person should be asking and thinking about during today's event. You'll also receive information on admissions next steps, the induction process and enrolment.
11am – 1pm Parents lounge with refreshments
While you wait for your young person to finish their taster session, enjoy some free refreshments in the parents' lounge. You'll be able to chat to current students about their experience of studying at the University of East London.

Undergraduate Scholarships
The following non-repayable scholarships are available for new students starting in 2025/2026 via a competitive application. Scholarships are awarded based on a combination of merit and need.
• Vice-Chancellors Scholarship (£28,605 over course duration)
• Dean Scholarship (£13,500 over course duration)
• Partner Scholarship (£1,000 in the first year only)
• UTC Scholarship (£1,500 in the first year only)
• Sports Scholarships (Up to £6,000 per year)

I didn't grow up with loads of money and studying in London didn't seem like an option for me. I applied for the Vice Chancellor Scholarship and getting it has meant I can live in halls and get the full university experience.

How to accept your offer
We really hope that you'll enjoy your day with us and make UEL your firm choice of study in September 2025.
When you're ready to make your decision follow our quick and easy 'how-to' guide to help you accept your offer.
Step 1. Log into your UCAS Hub account. You'll need your UCAS Personal ID number (10 digits) and your password.
Step 2. Click on 'Your choices' on the top menu.
Step 3. Click on 'Reply to your offers'.
Step 4. Select your 'Firm' choice. This is the institution and course you have chosen as your first choice. If you select a conditional offer as your firm choice, you'll be given the option to select an 'Insurance choice' if you wish.
Step 5. Review and send your reply.
Step 6. Replies will be shown on the 'Your choices' screen in Hub.
If you made a direct application (not via UCAS) then follow these steps to accept your offer:
Step 1. Log onto the UEL applicant portal
Step 2. Click on your application and scroll down.

Under the 'my response' header, click the red button which reads 'Respond to Offer' You can find this next to the 'Contact Us' and 'Events Schedule' buttons
