Is it right for you?
The Masters is an interdisciplinary Executive programme that will provide you with new insights into your leadership practice. The programme aims to develop your strategic leadership competences to enhance your skills enabling you to make a difference to the overall performance and long-term sustainability of your organisation. It will be open to a small number of participants, carefully selected from different sectors, to ensure the programme is suitable for personalised and senior leadership identity development. Your personal commitment is essential as you will be joining a small and highly experienced cohort with the expectation of attendance at all sessions. It is therefore critical that you have the support of your organisation for the duration of the programme. Is it still right for you?
