THE SUPER EX NETBALL TOURNAMENT IS A GREAT WEEKEND, THE NETBALL IS ALWAYS OF GOOD STANDARD. THE SPORTS FACILITIES ARE EXCELLENT AND THE ACCOMMODATION AND FOOD ARE VERY GOOD. THE COST FOR A FANTASTIC TOURNAMENT IS VERY REASONABLE WITH THE ADMIN, BOOKING AND PAYING PROCESSES SIMPLE. THE PLAYERS HAD A GREAT TIME AND LOVED THE PICTURESQUE SETTING OF STREATHAM CAMPUS. QUAY CLIMBING CENTRE
EXETER CITY FC
There is climbing for everyone at the Quay Climbing Centre, the South West’s largest dedicated indoor climbing wall. With over 200 climbing lines, walls ranging from 7 to 14 metres, two bouldering caves, a teaching zone and an abseil tower there is something for all ages and abilities. Sign up for one of our taster sessions where our friendly and professional instructors will educate the group on the basics and get everyone scaling up the wall in no time.
Exeter City Football Club is a wholly fans owned club through the Supporters’ Trust, who took over in September 2003. Since then, the club’s fortunes have changed dramatically. From the brink of liquidation, the club has achieved two promotions, enjoyed two visits to Wembley, played Brazil, Manchester United and Liverpool and is currently in their third season in League One. Coaching and educational sessions take place daily and, within this, the club’s fully qualified Football in the Community Coaches can offer coaching sessions at the University’s superb facilities plus visits to St James Park to see what happens behind the scenes at a professional football club.
CLIP ‘N CLIMB EXETER @ THE QUAY CLIMBING CENTRE The Quay is also home to Europe’s first Clip ‘n Climb, a stunning series of 28 themed climbs, using automatic belay devices which take in the slack as you climb and then lower you gently down to the ground. Test your determination on the Inflated climb, have an adventure on the Jungle Gym, reach new heights on the Skyscraper, take the Speed Climbing challenge or light up the board on the Checkerplate. Clip ‘n Climb is for all ages and abilities, no equipment is needed so just book and have fun.
SKIRMISH PAINTBALL With over 25 years experience Skirmish Paintball Exeter is the national market leader for quality and service. An amazing, adrenalin fun filled day, offering Paintball from 11yrs, Lasers from 8yrs and Airsoft games from 15yrs. Within our 120 acre Paintball site in Stoke Woods, Exeter we play small games of Paintball, usually between 20 to 30 players per game. This allows the games to be tactical and fun, providing first class Paintball games for Juniors, Corporate parties and general groups.

HAVEN BANKS OUTDOOR EDUCATION CENTRE Based in the heart of Exeter on the historic canal & quayside, the Centre offers a full and extensive range of outdoor, land and water based adventure activities to adults and young people. Haven Banks has an unswerving commitment to ensure activities provide a safe, enjoyable and informative learning experience, ensuring participants of every age and ability reach their full potential. The Centre, is an approved British Canoe Union Centre, a recognised Royal Yachting Association Training Centre, holds an AALA Licence, a Learning Outside the Classroom Quality Badge & Adventure Mark, is an Ofsted registered facility and is also a member of the Institute for Outdoor Learning.
GO APE A tree-top adventure based in the heart of Haldon Forest, near Exeter. Go Ape is an award winning adventure set 40 feet up in the trees! We kit people out, give them a safety briefing and training before letting them out into the forest canopy, free to swing in the trees. The Go Ape experience gets you out in the fresh air and the results are spectacular.

OCEAN PHYSIO Ocean Physio and Rehab centre are partners of the University of Exeter Sport and deliver exceptional support to the High Performance Sports Programme as well as offering services to all our customers. “All Physiotherapists are chartered and registered with the Health Professionals Council and are highly knowledgeable in their area of expertise. Whatever your sport we have an expert who can assist. EXERCISE SCIENCE CONSULTING LIMITED We are the experts in the field of sports science support for athletes and are the official sports science partners to the University of Exeter Sports Performance Programmes. Dr Andy Middlebrooke and his team work with a range of clients from novice performers to international athletes; supporting British, European and World record holders, also offering expert knowledge to a number of Paralympic medallists. You can add many services including Field-based performance assessments and Sport Science / Performance Workshops to your package. Assessments are ideal for clubs, squads and organisations and can include: Body composition, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Agility, Endurance, Speed / Endurance. Each person will be provided with an individual feedback report following the assessment. Workshops in a variety of topics can support groups of athletes, coaches, schools or clubs. Topics can include Performance Lifestyle, Sports Nutrition, Sport Psychology, Strength and Conditioning, Speed and Agility Training or Endurance Training all tailored to your specific needs.
WORKING CLOSELY WITH DAVE MACLELLAN FROM OCEAN PHYSIO SINCE 2007, HAS UNDOUBTEDLY HAD A HUGE IMPACT ON OUR SAILING. WE HAVE LEARNT HOW TO USE OUR BODIES MORE EFFICIENTLY, SPECIFIC TO RACING THE 49ER AND MANAGED TO STAY FIT THROUGHOUT THE COMPETITIVE SEASON. THE SPORTS PARK WAS A GREAT VENUE FOR THE DEVON GAMES TO INSPIRE. THE HIGH QUALITY AND VARIETY OF FACILITIES GAVE A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE FOR THE PARTICIPANTS AND PROVIDED OVER 600 PEOPLE WITH A MEMORABLE DAY. THE SPORTS PARK AND CAMPUS STAFF WERE, AS ALWAYS, EXTREMELY HELPFUL DURING THE EVENT ORGANISATION STAGE AND ON THE DAY, MAKING THE PLANNING OF THIS MAJOR COUNTY WIDE EVENT, VERY EASY AND ENJOYABLE. Through the NGB’s there are opportunities to add value to your tour with access to high quality (national) coaches and initiatives as well as assisting with arranging fixtures. The Devon Cricket Board are based in the Sir Christopher Ondaatje Devon Cricket Centre and provide high quality coaching for devon in a superb facility. The DCB manage Cricket in Devon and are supportive of all cricket initiatives and activities. Through our links with the NGB’s and regional offices we can assist in the organisation of friendly fixtures whilst on tour if desired. You may have your own games lined up which of course can be played in our superb facilities. Whilst playing friendlies why not add another coach or the Ocean Physio team to watch and report back in the post-match meetings? The University of Exeter has been host to the: European under 21 Netball tournament, Home Nations under 21 Hockey tournament, professional Rugby team tours, England Hockey Association training camps, British Tennis tour tournaments, WellSprings 9 week summer wellness camp, English Language summer camps and the Devon Games to inspire. We have positive partnerships with local schools, clubs and teams as well as the school sports partnership and Active Devon. These links enable us to be in a position to support your tour in many different ways.
