Legs, Bums and Tums (LBT)
Weight training exercises will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! You’ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean muscle in this high-octane class.
A true classic focussing on those traditionally problematic areas. Aerobic and conditioning exercises combine to tone muscles and torch calories.
BodyCombat™
Pilates
Release your inner warrior, as you punch and kick your way through this martial arts-based class. Using moves from Karate, Boxing, Tai Chi and Taekwondo you will build endurance and strength.
An exercise method designed to elongate and tone muscles whilst building core strength, improving flexibility and providing postural correcting movements. Express Pilates will cover similar exercises, but over 45 minutes.
BodyPump™ One of the most popular classes in the world, BodyPump™ is a fast and effective way to get in shape. Focussing on eight core areas, you’ll squat, lift and curl, all to the latest music.
Pole Fitness Pole Fitness is a great way to build confidence and learn something new, whilst developing all over body strength and toning muscle.

Glove-up and get to work! Movement, agility and momentum are the major themes of this stress-busting workout. Work the whole body as you hit the pads, releasing aggression and improving coordination.
Get ready for the RockSolidRace! This mixed level military style circuit class is set to push you to the limit. Attacking all of the major muscle groups and incorporating cardio exercises, RockSolidCircuits will see you running, lifting, carrying and sweating.
Cardio Blast High energy and high-octane, Cardio Blast gives you the tools to maintain peak fitness levels. Cardio exercises get the blood pumping and the body moving; if you’re looking for some cardio to mix with your gym training this is the class for you.
Studio Cycling Studio Cycling delivers an incredible personal challenge that burns calories and tones the whole body. Motivational music helps you climb the mountain as you rise out of the saddle for the ultimate cardio workout.
Circuits
Synrgy 360
Different stations, different exercises, all-round results. The essential all-body workout, Circuits will help you improve mobility, stamina and overall strength.
Fast and furious, Synrgy 360 provides a full throttle fitness blast. Using the unique multi-station fitness apparatus and motivational music, this 30 minute session will have you lifting, jumping, squatting, and much more. FREE to Gold and Platinum members!

Spanish slang for “move fast and have fun”, Zumba does exactly that. The Latin rhythms of samba and salsa are infused with easy to follow dance exercises to create a dance fitness party!
One kettle, one goal. Designed to tone, shape and sculpt the whole body, Kettlercise is simple and effective. Using just one unique piece of equipment, this class will see you notice a difference in your strength, form and endurance.

Customers must be at the class 5 minutes before the allotted start time, late admittance is not allowed. If non-cancellation or non-attendance occurs, the full price of the class will be charged. Platinum members will be charged £2.00. Injuries and / or physical conditions affecting performance in a class must be reported to the instructor prior to the start. Customers must be over 16 years old to attend classes. Classes may be subject to change without further notice, although we will endeavour to inform customers. All class times include set up and take down of equipment.
