Changes  Deliberate doping=4 year ban  Unintentional doping=2 year ban  Time frame for missing 3 tests has been reduced to 12

months.  Doping from contaminated products=special attention  2 new anti-doping rule violations:

-Complicity-associating/covering up or supporting someone else to avoid being detected. -Prohibited association-associating with someone banned for doping.


The Anti-doping rule violations Prohibited substance or its metabolites or markers in urine sample. 2. Use/attempted use of prohibited substance/method. 3. Refusal to submit to sample collection. 4. Violation of athlete availability requirements. 5. Tampering/attempting to tamper with doping control. 6. Possession of prohibited substances and methods. 7. Trafficking/attempted trafficking of prohibited substance or method. 8. Administration/attempted administration of prohibited substances in or out of competition. 9. Complicity-associating/covering up or supporting someone else to avoid being detected. 10. Prohibited association-associating with someone banned for doping. 1.
