The School of Human and Health Sciences
Welcome from the Dean of the School of Human and Health Sciences, Professor Nick Hardiker.
As Dean of our wonderful School of Human and Health Sciences, I’m delighted and proud of the strong and well-established partnerships, and new and emerging connections we have with individuals and communities across Kirklees, West Yorkshire, nationally and internationally. In addition to our teaching and research activity, which is helping to provide the health and social care workforce of the future, we work hard together with people and organisations to bring about positive change in society.
This booklet spotlights some of the exciting activities that are taking place within the School – these are open to everyone. I do hope you find this information interesting and want to find out more. You can keep up to date by signing up to our mailing list: HHS-events@hud.ac.uk.
We look forward to welcoming you to the School in the very near future.
