Your course The hospitality industry is a thriving business sector offering you plenty of exciting career opportunities. This course is designed to prepare you for an international management career in world-class hotels, country clubs, theme parks, leisure centres, exhibition venues and hospitality services worldwide.
You’ll have the opportunity to learn how to organise business operations, how to get your ideas across and how to manage other people.
Studying a foreign language alongside Hospitality will give you a unique perspective on the importance of language. You’ll study two language options each year from a variety of modern language modules depending on your prior knowledge and experience. Options include French, German and Spanish. Studying a foreign language will give you the opportunity to look at the society and cultures of the countries where the language is spoken. It could prove invaluable when you come to look for a career, as many potential employers have overseas offices and do business around the world.
