A next generation innovation community. A diverse, compact, and amenity-rich walkable district next to a world-class university where emerging and established Salt Lake City innovators can live, work, and collaborate on some of the most critical issues we face now and in the future.


Our guiding principles set forth a shared vision for the future of Research Park aligned with the larger University community.

An Amazing Opportunity •

Research Park is seen as an ideal residential location due to its proximity to the University and outdoor amenities.

People want to be next to the University, but also next to restaurants and other community amenities.

Companies are now trying to figure out “how close they can get” to the indemand destinations while also building without waiting for three full years.
