When you pursue a future as a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (NMD) at University of Western States, you’ll learn from the best. Faculty will provide the training and opportunities for you to develop the expertise and confidence to provide whole-person primary care to patients, optimizing their health and putting them on a path to healing.
UWS offers a whole-person approach to naturopathic medicine. The program is designed to train future physicians in evidenceinformed natural health care, addressing body, mind and spirit, with a focus on functional medicine. The training includes botanical medicine, physical medicine, pharmacology, clinical nutrition and homeopathy, to provide graduates a wide array of tools with which to work with patients.”
