Intended Audiance All courses facilitated by the Organisational Development team (part of your HR Service) are experiential and ask for delegates to reflect on their personal experiences and plan how they will apply the learning in their current circumstances. Using scenarios, models and theories, we aim to facilitate discussion that is about real life application, drawing on the experiences of the delegates. For this reason it is most beneficial if you choose courses that are aimed at your current level of responsibility as defined by the CARE framework. Grow ourselves - These courses are suitable for all staff at the University. They aim to support your personal growth, helping you interpret and practice various behaviours from the CARE framework. Grow others and the University - These courses are aimed at managers and support leadership skill development. You should have responsibility for a team or course / project in order to attend. Grow the future - These courses are designed to support leaders to hone their craft and consider how they can have a significant positive impact across the University and requires extensive prior experience of management.
