Why should you live on campus? Convenient Living on campus puts you at the center of daily university life! On campus you’re a short walk away from classes, professors, the library, academic resources, recreation facilities, a Rangers game or an organization meeting. All classes are less than a 10 minute walk away so you can roll out of bed, brush your teeth and head off to class.

Affordable Living on campus is a great value. It’s easy to budget when you know exactly what your expenses will be. In the halls there are no additional charges for phone, internet or cable TV. There are no deposits or hidden costs.

Educational Students who live on campus tend to: • have a higher GPA • be more involved on campus • graduate The residence hall staff is committed to your academic success and plans programs on topics such as improving study skills and time management. Education does not stop outside of the classroom walls.

Three Options... One Community Ranger Hall Ranger Hall is home to most first year students living on campus. It’s the perfect environment for meeting new friends and creating connections. The six-story, traditional-style residence hall houses approximately 410 residents. Each room is designed for up to two students. Rooms are fully carpeted and furnished with beds, extra-long mattresses, a loft kit, desks, chairs, dressers and air conditioning. Each wing has a TV lounge and kitchenette area.

Pike River Suites Pike River Suites is the newest residence hall at UW-Parkside. The four-story, suite-style residence hall houses approximately 250 residents. Residents live on a wing, which includes a lounge, kitchenette, and study area. Each wing contains 4-6 suites. Each room is fully carpeted and furnished with desks, chairs, dressers, extra- long mattresses, a loft kit, closets, and air conditioning.

University Apartments The University Apartments consist of seven separate buildings. Each building contains 6-10 four-bedroom apartments. Each apartment houses up to seven students, including one single-room and three double-rooms. Each apartment has a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and two bathrooms. Each bedroom in University Apartments is fully carpeted and furnished with beds, extra-long mattresses, desks, chairs, dressers, and air conditioning.
