This year... ...has been a busy one.
Between Marcus starting grad school, Jess working, and everything in between, you could say there weren’t very many dull moments. Blake turned three this year and is still just as cute and sassy as ever (seriously sassy). We visited five states; Nevada, California, Texas, Utah and New York and all were a blast! Now we are ending the year in the beginning stages of our first round of IVF to get our family growing and we can’t wait to see what the future holds.

Moving was not exactly what we expected to be doing in 2018. In fact we were pretty good and settled in our last house, that we had lived in about two years, however we felt pretty strongly that we needed to move and it’s all kind of clicked why, slowly, but surely since moving! Jess decided to let Blake take the party reigns this year for her birthday and while it was hard to not let her party self gocrazy, it ended up amazing. Blake had a unicorn, peach, llama, swim party and it was everything she ever wanted. The smile on her face made it all worth it!

IVF JOURNEY
Infertility has been a long journey for us, as it was with getting Blake here, and now we are embarking on IVF to hopefully grow our family. We are so grateful because we won a little grant from a contest to kind of kickstart the journey and it was the push we needed to get things kicked into gear! T HE L M A DE AN
That clothing store was a dream of Jess’ for a long time and it was an incredible, but short, journey. It was a hard decision for her to realize that unfortunately it just wasn’t the time for it and her focuses needed to be elsewhere, as it wasn’t getting the attention it needed. You never know what the future holds, though! T RI P S
We had a lot of fun trips this year for work, with family, and things in between. However, we are so excited to chill at home for the rest of the year, enjoy holidays with family close by, and refresh for the new year! Our goal for 2019 is to make it to Ireland!
