Open concept design - The furniture and accessories define most of the spaces and the purpose they serve. Bare ceilings and walls add interest and visual dimension against a surface that is as good as invisible in most designs. Structural elements are turned into showpieces, achieving a look that seems unfinished, yet cohesive and chic.

CHOWDHARY RESI DENCE

VI EWS It is a return to designâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s classical roots with a modern day twist. The classical design is recognized by the saber legs, strapped leather seats and curved back.The chaise lounge also carries classical inspirations, adding an extra seating without compromising the roomâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s view. Fitted carpets provide an elegant foundation to the bedrooms.The walls are adorned with cornices and architraves along with painted false ceiling to give the interiors a richness and visual interest.Custom made cabinetry for either side of the bed with a coordina-ting chest of drawers and bespoke wardrobes add yet another element of luxury to the deign.

BHAGYA RESI DENCE

Bhagya Residence reflects a minimalistic approach by opting for a timeless and serene style by using natural materials, soft tones and tactile fabrics.It is an easy way to create a calm atmosphere. The residence resonates a very relaxed style - not an all neutral home but at the same time not too bright. Large windows help lighten the space and makes the space feel larger.

The clubhouse offers various outdoor and indoor facilities for an unprecedented experience with calm and refreshing retreat, huge landscaped gardens with seating spaces which merge with the interior spaces. The corridors are roofed with wooden pergolas and glass to make the space brighter and create a visual conecion with the surrounding.

The co-living has communal spaces, such as lounge spaces,reading areas, and seating areas, designed to stimulate and foster a community.This type of atmosphere really inspires all who encounter it. The facade of the building is enhanced by the interactive and dynamic screen.This rotating wooden tiled screen veils the front facade of the building.This screen filters the sunlight creating an interesting play of shadows depending on the time of the day. The interior is characterized with bold colours and patterns, bringing a sense of vibrancy.
