Although there are more than 30 de-addiction centres in Bangalore, there are very few that provide the necessary facilities. Most of the centres do not have in house doctors or nurse who can treat the members in case of emergencies. There are no provisions for recreational activities.

DESIGN INSTITUTE LOCATION : Manipal, Karnataka. SITE AREA : 20,171.46 m2 The design institute focuses on designing products by utilising industrial waste which are otherwise being dumped into lakes, ponds, etc. The aim of our proposed institute is to harness whatever resources these byproducts may be able to give and also to purify these materials in such a way that they will qualify to be used as materials that be used to manufacture products that can be used by all.
