The cover of this issue embodies the freedom of speech of the students beyond their simple life. It attempts to unravel the value of a perspective allied in simplicity and judgment, hence, once you judge, be sure to know what is inside and not merely looking what is outside…. Just like blaming our government for the state the country is in. Just last month, the potential rivals for the 2016 elections started bumping heads, fed the minds of the would-be-voters with hopeful poison made from different gimmicks and tricks as if everything is meant for entertainment. Supporters followed the route of their gods and goddesses, hoping that one day they’re going to taste the ambrosia of progress. Infomercials flooded radio and TV stations as if hypnotizing the eyes of the nation with promises full of optimism for the country’s future. And here we are, the young Juan de la Cruz of the country, watching everyone’s drama as we hope for a better Philippines. We cannot cast our vote yet. We can do nothing but sit back and predict how things may turn out in the end. But if we try to scrutinize the situation, we are indeed a big help in building our nation. In these times of national crisis and global upheavals, there is a need for an active youth that can unite with the oppressed in struggle against injustice and tyranny. We are students, and schools trained us to become a leader or a writer at an early age. It is true enough that we are the indication of what the country really needs. So why not unleash the leader and
the writer in us and use it as an edge in influencing the nation? This may be hard but it’s a good start. The school is the best avenue where we could show to them that at our young age, we are capable of exhibiting qualities that can build and strengthen studentry. We have the courage and right to speak for our own. These qualities are good starting points as we try to be involved and fit in a society that somehow disregard us. We also have the voice of freedom of expression. In the wake of economic chaos, miseries, political struggles and socio-moral devastation, we should be united for a common purpose. To define our role today, we must speak not only of our courage, integrity and loyalty to democracy, but our compassion for our fellow men. As we are already engaged to social media, let us choose to use this to express our views and opinions made responsibly and constructively. Lastly, we are dreamers. Though we live in a society where everything is becoming dystopian, we can still have the optimism that someday we can be the instrument for progress. Let all the problems our country suffers be the inspiration in strengthening our dreams. Let all the misfortunes become our motivation in striving harder. We may be young enough to rule or decide for the country, but we are not young enough to dream big for the country.

A JOURNALIST’S CREED Our job is not simple. We are campus journalists whose job is to serve as an outlet of expression in this school. We are uniquely positioned to cover developments, issues, and discussions that affect students, faculty, and staff. We, the student press serve a vital watchdog role and being one is a pride and a responsibility as well, a huge responsibility that should be taken seriously. And as a part of this publication for 4 years, I repeat, our job is not easy. “Just like any other journey, our road
as a student writer is rough and rocky.” Pen and paper served as my companion in almost every aspect. At a young age, I discovered that writing is something I am passionate about, something I love, something I wanted. When I entered high school, I didn’t think twice to be part of our school publication. And so I applied for The Bud with a heavy dose of hope that this publication will turn me into a better writer. It exceeded my expectations. I started as a staff writer to a section editor and now the editor-In-Chief which I consider as a dream came true. I gained lots of friends and met amazing writers. I began to see the world in whole new perspective and started to love this craft even more.

We, the editorial staff poured our whole heart into that paper. Every word and ink spilled on it came from our own experiences and you have no idea how hard we’ve been through just to come up with a readable and decent articles.
It pains me to witness a school paper,

But I don’t have the courage to ask, I don’t have the strength to hear all of the painful words. So I decided, it’s better to leave it unspoken. I’m whole, as you can see. I’m contented of what I have, but who am I?

QUILLS & PARCHMENT PAGE 4 I don’t know all the key to success but one key to failure is trying to please everyone. What’s clear to me now is to do my job well and let myself be motivated by those who appreciate what I do. After all writing isn’t about impressing others, writing is expressing one’s self and for me that’s all that matters. Despite all the trials I’ve encountered in my journey as a writer, I still consider this special and somehow meaningful in that complexity because I surpassed the challenges with my fellow writers and created a family. That is something I am most thankful of aside from new set of words, wider vocabulary, writing techniques and more enhanced writing skill. Our school publication will not die as long as we have each other who share the same passion. All we have to do is to fan the ember so that the fire will brighten and live. Yes. Our extraordinary.

Beyond a writer’s facade
Writing is a journey, literally and figuratively.
By Nicole Verzosa and Ma. Acztyne Gayle Pablico I was in the 7th grade when I first met her. At first glance, you can say that she is really a writer. She’s a four-eyed girl with a black curly hair. At first, I was scared at her for I have this idea in mind that she has a very high intelligence quotient because every time I see her, she always has books in her hands, silently reading in the corner; no doubt she was the Editor-In-Chief of The Bud during that school year. Days passed and I began to know her better. The way she leads the publication with proper authority fascinated me even more. She just made me realize that first impressions are not always right. I also got the chance to witness how Nicka Abegail Corpuz as a friend. During the Regional Schools Press Conference 2013 wherein she garnered 2nd place in Pagsulat ng Lathalain, I met the other side of her. She’s not that serious as I always thought. She is fun to be with and really portrays a good sense of leadership to her adings. She never failed to amaze me with her capability and from that moment, when her name echoed around the hall during the awarding ceremonies, I told myself that she is and will always be an inspiration, not just for me but to all the budding writers around her. Being a participant of the National Schools Press Conference is just one of the many achievements that she had during her high school days. It is no longer surprising that she was crowned as the Ms. Saniata Ti Ylocos for I am a witness on how eager she is to learn, to listen and to accept criticisms. Truly it was an honor for me to have an itsy-bitsy chitchat with an epitome of beauty despite her hectic schedule.
What can you say about the program, as the winner of Saniata 2015? Right now, I don’t still have those concrete projects that I may impart in my journey. Yet, I’m currently on the state of learning the deep side of Ilocano culture through my anthropological eye especially that I’m studying under a social science field. But perhaps, as I always thought, socialization is the transmission of culture, therefore, in this reign, I would like to have projects that would involve civic engagement particularly to the youth. I can use my own cognitive understanding in inculcating them the genuine Ilocano values system using the intrinsic archives that Ilocos have, example would be our local heritages. In which, they are more openly engage in the preservation of these heritages at the same time, embracing the ember of history, culture, and tradition. What is your journey as a student and as a beauty queen? From the start, I always thought that the idea of being a beauty queen would rather be just a pigment of my imagination. It is true that there are a lot of chances, deeper in any fortune, ramping the stage, from school pageants (Mutya ng Agham 3rd runner-up and Miss UNP 2nd runner up) to the real one (Miss Silka Ilocandia). However, this time, I realized that without me, as a student, I wouldn’t be able to render my full-fledge capacity in this pageant. I also expected the worst, the dreadful ugly parts of winning – SACRIFICING. I had condense a lot of my time in this journey, that instead I’m studying for my lessons and acing my research papers, I’m stuck with my high
heels on. And yeah, I see clearly now that even though timing and luck play an enormous part, unrelenting dedication is the key to making good things happen. What is your message to all the Lsians out there? Actually, I joined Saniata ti Ylocos with a confidence below my feet. I have a lot of insecurities and doubts in life that perhaps I may not able to do it. Nevertheless, I had learnt to harness that negativity for good. Remember, shake the skepticism and condescension of others and have confidence in your ability to forge your own way. Us, LSians know the truth that those problems and criticism we will face early in our endeavors are the very things that would drive us forward, that can bless us with the strength and constitution we will need to achieve our goals in the long run. Study well, and may we always carry the name of Laboratory Schools in every achievements we will have. It’s mind blowing to think that a simple girl I met 4 years ago can turn into a beauty queen in just one blink of an eye. She is currently studying Political Science at Saint Louis Univeristy and from what I see, I know she can go farther than where she is right now. She is and will always be a pride of University of Northern Philippines Laboratory Schools. An epitome of leadership, an epitome of beauty.

what others think is already unachievable..
We cannot measure dreams unless we try to achieve every bit of it. Learning is indeed a continuous process because success doesn’t put an end any kind of endeavor in life. This justifies the wills of four Laboratory School faculty members as they proved that like their students, they are still and on the process of climbing the ladder for higher education. They’re capability to teach is their capability to learn. Dr. Rainalda Rambuyon, who topped our list, doesn’t need to prove any of this. Just by looking at her eyes, we can already see how passionate she is especially in teaching. She graduated Cum Laude during her college years and now she extended her ability beyond the borders of education. She is now a degree holder in Doctor of Educational Management. It took her couple of years to reach that. But then again she proved that painful struggles also lead to worthwhile learning. Mrs. Rosalina Pascua proves that age is not a hindrance in fulfilling higher dreams and higher education. She worked in the Laboratory Schools for a long period of time now, but with pride, she just recently received her diploma for Masters of Arts in Teaching Filipino. Indeed, she’s a woman of perseverance. She is not only a good inspirer when it comes to good values, she also takes the lead in achieving
An o t h e r faculty achiever is a man who speaks in words but lives with his actions. He recently completed his MST– Physics. He is known to be the science enthusiast who teaches the subject with full passion and wit. This enthusiasm pushed him to strive harder and hence achieve higher education not only for his personal and professional growth but also for him to teach his subjects well. Lastly is a man who is diminutive to look. He is the all-time close friend of all teachers and students. Never did we know how big his dream was, until he pursued his Masters studies. He is Mr. Raffy Celedonio, the Technology and Livelihood Education teacher of Laboratory Schools, who teaches drafting. This passion drive him to finish his Master of Arts in Teaching— Practical Arts What these milestone signify that everyone is student by nature. We and our teachers are battling the same battles and that is to continue exploring the realms of knowledge through education. So don’t ever complain about requirements and surprise quizzes. I have a thought that they hate it as much as we do. But all those things are part of learning and part of reaching our dreams. Indeed, we cannot measure dreams unless we try to achieve every bit of it.

READING LIST By Mc Justine Realgo
Ender’s Game Wanting an adventure in outer space filled with genius kids and t h r i l l i n g challenges? If you are willing to, read this book. Ender, a gifted child with such a wide mind and knowledge, you should feel his journey throughout the story, and it will never fail your satisfaction in reading. A futuristic book written by Orson Scott Card, a classic that in the end you will be asking yourself, if you want to take on a survivaltreacherous-helpless-journey-full-ofmishaps-and-adventure or you’ll just stay at home waiting for someone who’ll save you from an alien race.
Miss Peregrine and the Home for Peculiar Children Peculiar. That is th e b e s t description for the book. Photographs and texts c o m b i n e d together to form a gothic and a dark fantasy book. Chilling, as you follow the adventure of a simple Peculiar with such an extraordinary peculiarity that can only save his own race. Ransom Riggs did a great job elaborating and forming connections within the text and the photographs. The fear factor of the photographs inserted in the book is beyond scary, although it may haunt your dreams at night, but at the latter, you’ll find this book interesting, and yes, peculiar.
An Abundance of Katherines Math is one of the worst recipes in books. That would other authors will not consi der, though it may bore some readers. But, John Green took the risk and it worked. The book is great to read. Imagine being dumped by girls
with the same name 19 times, that is Colin Singleton for me. The usage of calculus and Cartesian planes in a book is so hard to elaborate, but if you understand what Colin wants to tell you, it will answer your entire question that will start at why? How? and, then? Plus, there is a vocabulary -like format at some pages; you may know some new words.
Alamat ng Gubat A mind-twisting quest in a forest with a crab. Sounds funny right? Although, the misadventures of Tong and the rest of the gang may seem such a comical and ironic, reading this book may familiarize you with symbolic elements and such. At first sight, you may think that this book is all about the adventure in around the jungle and the misfortune of the protagonist, but at the second glance, you’ll notice that this book hides a meaning; it’s an allegorical piece to be precise. Bob Ong is telling us something, we should be the only one to realize, and reading this book may be the key.
Ang Mga Kaibigan ni Mama Susan Jo ur nal s a re fundamentally the record of all things that happened. But in this case, this journal is a rollercoaster-ride where in the end; everything fell down to pieces, crashed and exploded. A real ghost story don’t need jumpscares, it needs a plot and a concrete emotion, which is fear. In this book, after reading this, take note, you’ll get goosebumps and the tingling of your spine. As the story goes, the journal entries becomes creepier and scarier and that how Bob Ong do stuffs, let the reader feel it, then let it rip.

INSIGHTS by Stephen Tabios, PTA PRO Elections is fast approaching. People will again suffer from a perennial sicknesselection fever. The Earth hour campaign this year is again successful. Many countries participated from the activity. Our country has been participating since 2009. An indication that we have become conscious of our Mother Earth and the environment. The Philippines ranked 82nd “happiest” nation in the world out of 157 countries, Denmark is ranked as the first. This was the report of the Sustainable’ Development Solutions Network and the Earth Institute at Columbia University. It shows that Filipinos are still optimistic and happy despite the adversities of life at present. The second leg of the Pilipinas Debate for the Presidentiables in UP Cebu City was quite frustrating and disappointing. The candidates, with the exception of Miriam (who had undergone medical treatment), took turns in lambasting each other. Most issues tackled were more of personal rather than those that concerns most. Yet for unexplained reasons, there was not even a single question about education and health fielded. Education and health are primordial issues that needs to be thoroughly debated upon. There is so much we have learned from our organization this season. We have learned that it is no joke to elect officers of the association, especially the presidency, for whoever assumes the post will surely lead and perhaps determine how it will be managed. We are grateful for the trust and confidence given to us as officers of the association. However, we also feel sorry and lament that some of the officers may not have fulfilled their roles and commitments. Perhaps this is a reminder that for the next elections, we should be more meticulous and rational in electing our officers of the LS-PTA. Let us choose our officers not just by mere acquaintance or familiarity or by the campaign promises given. INSIGHTS PAGE 15

TOMORROW’S SPOTLIGHT By Cwylle Alcain AIDO Aido is an interactive personal home robot created by InGen Dynamics from Palo Alto, CA. It is designed to be voiceactivated as an assistant and a companion at home. The robotic butler has a total height of 914 mm (35.98 in) and just weighs 8 kg. It moves around with a ball -like wheel that enables 4 degree of motion with indoor mapping feature that tracks his way around via Wi-Fi. For a fact, this caring robot was inspired by the gentle curves of a dolphin. Aido's friendly personality, that makes it a great companion at home.
It also teaches you skills like learning a piano piece, making a dinner at the kitchen, or even training for physical fitness. It connects with your smart home devices, such as thermostat and smart lightings, via Wi-Fi or pairs with the kit’s companion smart plugs in order to create the perfect home environment. The head is a touchscreen display with an interactive projector. It can be detached and serves as a 7-inch tablet. It is built in with four cameras, a 6 capsule microphone array for better voice recognition, and a battery that lasts for up to 8 hours. The robot seems to be a helpful friend of the house but it is incapable of elevating itself from ground to upstairs with its wheel and reach the door knob to open the door for you. Aido is expectedly be released by October 2016, and it works on iOS and Android for patrolling paths while you’re out. DOT

We can never mimic the ideals and processes that were concluded in the past. Although we have this futuristic dream of living with no more puns intended, I doubt that this will ever happen; that this will come true. What I mean is that , we cling onto our fairy tales too much, that the price of believing them becomes too high; ne small mistake will result to our biggest downfall. Climate change is the worst result of our misbehavior, and that may be embarrassing for a living race with the highest range of intelligence. We made our planet lessen its shades of green and painted it with shades of brown and black. Selfish, we are, still not contented with all our doings, and continued to do things we shouldn't have. It's sad how we consider ourselves as human, not humane. As we can see, we devoured what's ours and we lost everything we
had - we have. The cruel reality as we opened our eyes, all we can see is trash. Trash, trash, and more trash, within the mountainside, the bodies of water, rural areas and urban areas, it's all the same. It's like are being brainwashed with no puppets with an unknown puppeteer. We kept on being hard headed, the result? This unwelcoming planet we live in today. I can't just promise a vow I couldn't keep. Not a healthier planet, nor a greener Earth. Knowing that I am human, we are human and we are not good and capable at keeping things in a way. We are totally not. Sad. It's just funny how we live in planet annihilating us slowlyslowly until nothing is left behind. Including us.

It only needs its alimunium protective case for charging at least 30 minutes, and battery life that lasts up to 6 hours of music or 9 hours of phone calls. It can be sell out for $149. ILI Mankind doesn’t possess one intuitive language for all of us. Learning foreign languages can cost a lot of money for its particular process. Ili, stylized as ili, is a handheld voice translation device that translates your words instantly without connecting to the Internet. It has a propriety dictionary for well-used grammar and diction loud and clear that may be handful for travelers. It currently supports three languages for now: English, Chinese, and Japanese. But it has plans to expand its variety throughout other languages such as French, Thai, Korean, Spanish, Italian, and Arabic. The device won a CES Innovation Award this year 2016. hen life drags you away from your sanity, you can’t help but to think tremendously enough and be paranoid. Anxiety brought you to a place of bloodbath and carnages. Here you are, standing in front of an Asylum, thinking how you can enter and how to stay put, and how to escape spontaneously. It was your boastfulness brought you here, and killing your friend by dismembering him was your key to open the gates. They wrapped you in fine white cloth, your arms and your body. It was tight that you can’t move your arms anymore. True, you feel so bummed, but you have a high price for bloodlust, and you really need to pay, and your “so-called” best friend is the bill and you are the receipt. Memories flashes back when you killed him, you held his head and threw it in his grave with his finger chopped off, guts rolled like a spaghetti in a pitch fork. Throwing gravels and such, you buried him. Agonized and merciless, blood leaked at your hand, waiting for more overkills, yet you can’t because you just can’t. It’s far more different than liking someone, that the price of believing in them became high, and you too became high. That’s what happened to you. And though screams were silent and the whispers were deafening, you fainted. And this is what happened in your dream. Dream In this close area, you are holding a knife. It was dark and the only thing that shines is a loosed swinging light bulb. You hear something is dripping, you hear someone moaning, terribly. It was this something that made the light bulb exploded in flames; the flash shone the whole room. You see the room soaked in blood. With carvings of blood in the walls saying: Help. Sorry. Forgive me. And then the last spark, you saw someone sitting in a stool in front of you, drenched with his own blood.

Then suddenly, you closed your eyes—and someone grabbed your ears, you felt fear. You felt blood dripping inside your ear. You felt pain; you felt something stabbed your chest. You tried to scream, but nothing came out from your mouth, but you sensed blood spurted out from it. The next thing you felt was a pierce in your head, then blood now came out from you. You felt real pain, a pain you shouldn't need to suffer. Then the knife sliced halfway through your head. It hurts like you can feel nothing else, but pain. You felt that the knife that you are holding was taken a while ago. You felt that tears were rushing through your face, with a mixture of blood.
The knife continued to slice your head, as it reached your eye. Your eyeball was so afraid, it can't even move, but then, it was too late, too late that you left it hanging.

until the room felt silent.
The one in that stool was you, impaled by a knife in your chest, your head was missing its skin, your eyeballs were about to fall out. You began to shake. And that's where the fun starts.
You hear your voice whispering, telling that you are a liar. You killed him. You killed yourself. That the bloody footsteps are nearing towards you.

Footsteps. Screaming. Voices, that's too cold for your ear.

When Insanity Hits You Hard
Before the last light that shone the room, you realized who that person is.
The next thing that you saw was darkness. You can't see anything, but you started to hear things.
E
You felt warm. Warm because you are drenched in your own blood. You felt everything you did badly, how your worse was full of passionate intensity. You still hear your blood dripping, your breath moaning. But then, he stabbed your chest deeper, harder. And you almost sensed how a person will die. He slammed you in the stool. Lifeless, with your eyeball swinging like a pendulum back and forth. He glanced at you for a
bit, a lifeless glance. Grinning without any reason, a psycho you thought. But then he vanished, and you are holding the bloody knife. And you realized. You killed yourself. You are the one who impaled your chest, the one who shredded your face, the one who left your eyeball swinging. You realized that you are the psycho. You are the liar who escaped at the Asylum, and you are the one seeing yourself as you talk to him with a face wide grinning. But then, as you die, with blood and more blood squirting out from your body, he appeared once again. "Wait for him" he uttered that. Him? Who? But as the question run from your skinless head. A figure appeared in front of you. And that was you. You felt anger. You felt bloodlust. And the very last thing you've did, is the same thing what you had done to yourself. End your Dream You woke up, tears cascading like a torrential current. Punched the wall, run while screaming through the endearing hallways, laughing and making these goofy and sorrowful faces. You shuddered and whimpered like a stray dog beaten and kicked by ruthless stranger. It felt like bringing this place down- you burnt it. With the helpless patients driven mad while they're mad, toring their flesh apart with the searing flames. And standing outside was you, now laying on the ground just commiting a beautiful suicide.

A Fateful Discourse
Unwritten
andrew We withered Through facts and options Clustered and scattered, Dwindled our thoughts And blurred our clear thinking. While elaborating The good from the bad The bad from the good Nothing have I realized. Although it’s ironic Having us deceived By stunning propagandas And whereabouts seems we care Concluding, I cannot argue more. I felt the humor Of living within This sane deception of ours Called Life, And despising ruthlessly This fateful reality Called Death. I am a mere victim Of the afterlife alone and alive, And now, with sheer wisdom and bounty I held my soul on the line; where I stood. I’ll never be in between.
I Wonder Unspoken Thoughts Why do I search For you In passing cars And think of you On days that have gone
inkslinger’s pen
Left Unspoken anjel
I’m like a shattered mirror you’ll never mend, Nor a torn picture you never fix again. Ever since the time you left me alone, It seems like I’m having a debilitated bone. It really burns my heart thinking of you, It burst myself to think that I should let you go Because here you are, loving someone else; someone who isn’t me And I have nothing to do but to set you free You stabbed me a thousand times And acted like you were the one bleeding If life’s only a game, I admit I’m the one losing.
Can a day pass Without your face In my mind Without your voice Stuck in my head Can I live a day Not thinking about How you are Where you are And what are you doing I wonder about these things And a whole lot more I wonder about us But all you do Is wonder about her.
But through there I can’t write anything more Because a pen Is all I have.
Things left unsaid, things get broken Things get messed up and I’m left unspoken You made me realize maybe it’s the pain That makes love a wonderful phenomenon What if I told you the things I didn’t say What if I told you the feelings I must have to say? What if you’ve given me the chance to speak and explain? Would you accept me? Or is it too late now?
Why do I search For your shadow At starless nights And dream of you When I usually have none Why is it That my heart Skips a beat Every time That our eyes meet
Eager. I wrote nothing in the sky, Then the storm washes The flambeaux I hold. But I can’t still, Because silence Has been my enemy Tearing me apart as always And then I wrote Nothing more. Invisible letters Float near me, mocking me And then I wrote Nothing else Just life killing me then and after I was suicide And the ink was my blood. And the paper? My soul. Letters are my ashes.
Sights of Cannot Takasu I am sinking in a vast ocean Of my very own vocabulary, Wandering in the depths I swam across the mightiest might. I never gave up because It was never an option for me I stood high on my ground I felt things I shouldn’t have But I am proud I did. I did things I know was wrong But in the end, it was good. Although I seek for things I cannot have, I wander. For my breath, my demise I uttered myself a goodbye, a hello. And that spoke my journey Of finding the unfindable.
The Fascination The Girl Who Bleeds Ink
I will forever be amazed with you and your words And how you can possibly turn the darkness inside me to a ray of sunshine On how you can transform the worst things I do into the best versions of it On how you sprinkled magic to every part of me without clues and warning But I never thought that this fascination could get any bigger Because you amazed me most when you let go of everything we had in just one blink of an eye When you said goodbye like a normal spell so easily I cannot handle But most especially When you told me to unlove you after making me fall in love with you so deep, I am drowned I will forever be amazed On how you did all of these Can you teach me? Because it’s impossible to do it When it’s me

GOVERNOR’S DESK PAGE 15 In student l eadershi p, time management is one of the best skill you should have. Setting up priorities, weighing this versus that is the most challenging part of it. And as soon as you become a student leader, always remember that you have been chosen by the students, never waste their trust in you. Always be their mouthpiece, the one who will fight for their rights and who will speak for them. Follow what is right and follow your heart. Stand with your own point and be strong. We should understand the real essence of student leadership. It does not require any position to call yourself a true leader. You don’t need to be a governor nor a president in any organization. All you need is to inscribe deep in your hearts the importance of representation. Be the best representation of Laboratory Schools the best way you can. Because nothing beats a good representation. Be a follower of our university. Carry the name, and you’ll become a leader who doesn’t need a position to be called one. We have the voice to speak and the freedom to express. We can be a leader in our own little ways. May the spirit of student leadership keep burning in us and as we reach a piece of milestone, we should not forget all the people behind us. All those who exerted efforts, who are with us during the hardships of our journey. It was always you, my fellow students. It was always the story of us, the students, who brought me to where I am now today. May all those who came from the Laboratory Schools be proud. Be the best representation it can have. Together, let’s treasure every quarter of our mission; to quell.

The school year 2015-2016 comes to a close with lots of mixed emotions from our students, parents and teachers as well.
With the Supreme Court giving the signal for the full implementation of the K12 program, it is expected that most of our schools in the country will have lots of preparation in time for the opening next school year.
Students will be happy because it will be the end of sleepless nights preparing assignments and projects as well as reviewing for examinations. However, it will also be quite lonely for they will miss their crushes and barkadas.
On the part of parents, it means additional budget for schooling as well as more
