About the role We are currently recruiting a highly competent Consultant based at our Headquarters/ Rome, Italy to provide project management and change management’s expertise for the implementation of a high-performing LMS. This role will implement a world-class Learning Management System and assure that this global LMS becomes the single entry point for any employee of WFP to access learning. More specifically, the consultant will be responsible for the following activities:

Project Management    

Support LMS Project Manager with planning, administration, and tasks coordination during each phase of the project Assist Project Manager with tracking progress made on project plan and with regular status updates to HR leadership team and to learning work group Organise and attend meetings for project team, with key stakeholders, with HR leadership team and learning work group and with external LMS provider Liaise on a regular basis with external LMS provider

Learning Process Analysis 

Acquire an in-depth understanding of the learning process in WFP according to the Learning and Capability Development framework, the career development framework and the performance management cycle
